With the “J” track due open on January 15th, 2022, here is a pic of the first race at Glenview Park at its first TAB meeting back in 1974. A story about how it all come together. Note one of the Bookmakers was former champion South Melbourne & VFA footballer Max Papley. A resident of Bunyip he fielded at Traralgon for many years. Three of Max’s Grandsons have played AFL.
