After Wow She’s Fast was so impressive in winning last week’s Launching Pad. I just wondered how many more feature races she will both win and make the finals of. Since the race was conceived when the idea of Sandown CEO back in 2003 Jeff Davies. It has achieved in no uncertain terms what it was always designed to be a Launching Pad to launch the careers of greyhounds with a future on the racetrack or indeed as it has done for stud purposes. The conditions are so unique as it was always meant to allow lightly raced promising performers a chance to earnt solid prizemoney.
