Found this amazing story written by David Brasch in 1994. It is about the late Toby Daniels a champion Queensland trainer of the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. Toby didn’t take to night racing and retired in 1972. He won two Queensland Cups the one pictured is Gay Saibot in 1961 over 580 ya
rds at Beenleigh in 31.3. He also finished runner-up with Miss Saibot in 1947 over 300 yards at Kedron.
