One of the great Olympic Park specialists was Striding Ahead here is a story all about her. Michael Darcy sent me some pics related to the mighty Striding Ahead. His Grandfather Jack Darcy bred her. One pic is of her in the run at home, a Herald-Sun story with the bottom half of Bronwyn Trimble, I love her boots for the shot. Another photo of a promotion at Olympic Park highlighting the past champs (Gold Grotto a Sandown specialist). Plus I found a story about her 25th win at Olympic which we recalled she owned the track, she won 28 there at one stage 13 consecutive. A real lid pinger never miss the start.
