Some great men here Hall of Famers the late Rod Deakin and Allan Britton with leading trainer of his time Darryl Connor. Rod was manager of the Macua Complex at the time in 1987 and Allan trained there under contract. Darryl was visiting with his wife Lyn on a holiday he won as the 1986 Personality of the Year.
